Derwent Inktense pencils are intensely vibrant, water-soluble pencils that have been formulated to dry permanently, offering exceptional layering capability without dissolving previously dried layers of vivid colour. An innovative formulation that acts like ink, delivering intensely vibrant colours that dry permanently and do not wash out, for exceptional layering.
Colours are highly-pigmented and can be used dry, or mixed with water which is when the colour becomes even more intense. The colours retain vibrancy after drying, creating ink-like effects. Unlike traditional watercolour, Derwent Inktense pencils have been uniquely formulated in vivid ink-like colours, offering exceptional layering capability without moving previously dried layers.
Derwent Inktense is highly versatile and can be applied to many porous surfaces including ceramic, wood and fabric. Also suitable for use on paper for a wide range of fine art and craft projects. The pencil format provides control for fine detail.

DELIVERY INFORMATION & CHARGES (Ireland)
Our maxium delivery charge is €6.95. If your order exceeds €75 it will be delivered FREE nationwide in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. For orders below €75 our standard delivery charges will be applied and are automatically calculated during the checkout process for customers prior to completing an order. International delivery cost will be calculated at the check out before payment stage.

We ship to many European countries like France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain etc. European delivery charge is from €14.00. See the list at the checkout for the full range of countries we currently ship to. Enter your address for the cost to ship to your area.

TURN AROUND TIME
Orders placed before 8:00am GMT will be dispatched that day for next day delivery (excluding bank holidays and week ends). Orders should arrive within 24 hours following despatch from our warehouse for customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, add +5 days for EU orders. On a rare ocasion for logistical reasons or during busy shopping periods a package maybe delayed.

Most orders are dispatched using one of our delivery companies, Fastway or GLS.

Most orders are delivered in the morning or early afternoon, however, the various delivery companies we work with will have multiple nationwide routes, and are unable to provide us with delivery times, as these can vary according to location, conditions and delivery workloads.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your parcel is visibly damaged, you can refuse to accept it. Inform the delivery company representitive that you are concerned the contents may be damaged. If agreed by the delivery company representitive, you may be able to open it and inspect the contents prior to returning it. If you are returning a parcel to us, please contact us at info@artmaterials.ie and let us know that you have refused to accept your order and have returned it to us via the delivery company. In the event you have taken delivery of your order and discover after opening it that there are damaged items - Firstly! Don't Panic! we will ensure all gets resolved for you - simply contact us at info@artmaterials.ie if possible within 24hrs.

RETURNS
We understand that making a purchase online can sometimes mean you receive something that you are not completely satisfied with, for whatever reason. Therefore, we encourage you to return it. Customers who wish to return a product - must do so within 14 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that you first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us before returning any item. We cannot accept unauthorised returns. The responsiblity for safely and securely returning items is the customers. The cost incurred to return items is that of the customer.

Please note: We cannot process refunds until we have received the product back in perfect resaleable condition, if you are returning something back to us because you have discovered that it does not meet your needs. We do ask that you choose a safe method of shipment and ensure the product is properly packaged. This is an important step in ensuring that your refund can be processed effectively. In the event you are returning something that does not meet your needs, or you may have ordered the incorrect item, we do not refund the return delivery costs.
